Testing some ad placements
We are testing some ad placements on GM – hopefully we can find a sweet-spot for the most optimal placements, and strike a balance between having as little ads as possible, while keeping the earnings healthy enough to keep this site going.
Hardware Upgrade
Guerrilla Mail is undergoing a weapons upgrade this week, and it may experience some down time or other unexpected things happening for a short time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we are transferring Guerrilla Mail on to a new set of hardware to improve capacity. Thanks for your understanding.
Details: We’re going to add a hardware based spam filter (MailFoundry), and also a Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) infront of the server. Hopefully this should decrease the load on the mail server and make the service more stable.
